WW II Honor Roll

On voting day, I’m thinking Happy Veterans Day.
It’s the monument in front of my Dad’s school in Fallsington PA, honoring all the locals that served in the War; those that came home & those who did not. In his day Room 1 held the 1st grade students, Room #2 the second graders, Room 3. . . . well, I’m sure you get the picture.
It’s now the Admin bldg for the Township School District and it is also attached to an Elementary school -my elementary school. But I want to say Thank You to my Mom also. She was keeping the home fires burning, not only maintaining the household they started, but working at a local plant because most of the men were in the armed services. Thanks Mom & Dad for securing our Freedom and the right to Vote!
