Family

I just received word that a very dear friend, my chiropractor/acupuncturist and former part-time boss, passed away in his sleep last night. He was a young 60 years old, an attentive and compassionate healer who was beloved by many. I was sadly reminded of the anniversary of my Mom’s birthday 11/12, and of Mom & Dad’s passing (Dec 2010 @88 yrs and Nov 13 2012 @92 yrs respectively). They had a wonderful life and I had a wonderful life because of the love they shared with each other . . . and us. So here’s the line-up in 2009; Marla (#4), me (Audrey #2), Joann (#1), Dad, Mom, La (#5), and Bonnie (#3). Yep, 5 Girls. We still don’t know how Dad managed with 6 women and one bathroom all those years!!. Somewhat poignant but sweet, sweet memories.
