New Forest Ponies

A long day. Early start to get to the New Forest for our runs. This was taken on the way to a rather wet car parking field.

It was a lovely morning although quite cold. Richard enjoyed his run and was third on his course. After going walkabouts on control two I settled down and was accurate on the rest of the course. So happy to be back running,just need to improve navigation and fitness.

Then as the New Forest ground to a halt with queues of traffic we made our escape. A long drive back but fortunately trouble free and home in time for tea. A really enjoyable active weekend.
