Making Krathongs

The Staff at our condominium organised an afternoon making our own Krathongs.  Hubby agreed to come along and watch.  In the end he was the one who made the Krathong with me watching and assisting.  We sat at a table with a Thia friend S and her boyfriend I we were joined by a friend from Vietnam H.  S was the only one of us who knew how to make  krathongs and fortunately for the rest of us she was a very  good teacher.  The idea is to take them to the river and let them float away.
