Heaven on the Hills

It's wonderful to be home again. 
Back on the fells.... in heaven.
A glorious day.

I'm looking from Grasmoor straight ahead to Scafell Pike on the horizon (a fraction left of centre) with the shadowy bulk of Great Gable in front. The ridge on the right is Red Pike / High Stile / High Crag with Buttermere lake at their feet. Pillar stands behind this ridge. The peak immediately ahead is Whiteless Pike with High Snockrigg behind (can there be a better name?) linked to Robinson by a boggy col.

I loved Eye Spy as a child, but never imagined that I would still be avidly spotting names as a 60 year old!
