Unexpected bloom

I arrived home to find another flower on my Agapanthus. What a surprise after all the storms and wild weather which would have buffetted my south facing veranda.

This was a gift from my sister-in-law. It will soon be time to relocate it to my shed and maybe drape in fleece as the winter advances.
