Oyster Mushrooms

On Friday when L and I were walking in Pollok Park there were none ...... today the tree was covered with clusters of shiny oyster mushrooms. I don't know very much about fungi but these mushrooms always grow on the same tree year after year.

It was just great to be out and about today .... a sunny day makes dog walking in the park so much more enjoyable. As usual P & M were reluctant to get out of the car ... they prefer sleeping on the floor in the back of the car but once I dragged them out they dragged me round our usual route.
