Horse riding

The usual busy Thursday, at least was able to be outside for some of it.
When grandson and I got home we went out to dig up tatties and he rooted out various toys from the wee house.
The rocking horse was his dad's and is a bit the worse for wear, it's now easier to work it back to front! It was late afternoon and the sun had disappeared and the camera setting was all wrong (the extra was taken with flash) but I kept it as he said he must have been going very fast.
No running today,  I woke with a sore hip but it has gradually returned to normal over the day but I didn't think training would be a good idea.
