Wednesday: Ready For Winter

Now, lest you think that this is some type of lazy, or (whispers) 'emergency' blip, all I have to say to that is au contraire! This shot makes an important step in our west coast evolution.

K. purchased an indoor happy light today to help with the grey wet winters. We now feel fully prepared! I have to say, last winter was the first time I had some sense of what it might be to be affected by SAD. So we're helping this magic light will be the solution.

It's also great for reading. I didn't even realise when it had got dark outside.

I was home nice and early today as I had a meeting in Richmond and it was a bit pointless to head back downtown afterwards. I still had a bit of work to do but it's always much nicer in the home environment.
