Salt mines

We woke a little later than yesterday, comfortable knowing our tour of the Salt mines was an afternoon event. We headed out for breakfast before a quick souvenir shop where we purchased a lovely hand painted gift for Li'l Sis. We then traveled via a tour bus to Wieliczka.
After descending 380 steps, I was delighted to find that the mines were breathtakingly beautiful and displayed such skill and artistic ability. I was definitely more interested in its history and current function than I thought I'd be! I didn't think salt could be so interesting!
We were back in time to head out for a lovely supper in a trdiional polish restaurant off the square before another visit to the pinball museum (additional)!
