Deceptive blue

I had the opportunity to be a passenger on the route over the moors into Lancashire today. So I took a few snaps on the way,

This is passing Ponden reservoir and as you can see there are still puddles straddling the road but the sky is surprisingly blue.

It was very windy and quite cold and the further we got along the road and into Lancashire it became drizzly and increasingly cloudy.

Well what can you expect!

Had a nice day out though.
