Spinning

Round to the mother-in-law this morning.
Then it was into the (freezing) garage to make some spinning tops - which the monsters tried out later.
I also rough turned some holly for small boxes which will be finished in a couple of weeks when I have dried the wood and it has stopped 'moving'.

After dropping The Cygnet of at his French lesson the clouds were looking good and started getting a touch of colour - but it didn't last.
Looking the other way  saw the moon rising, so I slapped the 500 mm on and took a couple of shots until the clouds come across.
