This Is My Spine

Twisted, knobbly and as hard as rock............
I have hardly moved from my seat today other than to get food & drink, go to the loo and take tablets.
This weekend has to be the worst it has been in a long time.
I didn't even get the advantage of the clocks going back.
It does mean that I have been able to work through all my pictures from Italy and the wedding and to make up two or three slide shows as well as some backing up.

The good news is that is seems to be loosening up now.
