Leith Hall

For some reason I had the feeling it was some long time since I had been to Leith Hall. Arriving at the estate and visiting the cafe I realised we had been here quite recently. In fact consulting Blip's search facility I see it was as recently as August.

The weather was not too cold though there was quite a strong wind. After coffee and a visit to the walled garden we took one of the signpost paths, this led us to the lake and eventually back towards the car park.

When we arrived the car park was busy and there were events for children celebrating Halloween. By the time we had made it round the trail people were starting to leave and the weather was looking a little ominous, we decided to do likewise.
