The possibilities are endless

Went to an OU graduation ceremony in the afternoon, where honorary doctorates were being bestowed on Andy Scott (who designed the Kelpies) and Edwyn Collins. I was sitting on one of the hard wooden seats below the organ (probably designed to keep the choir from falling asleep), so must admit I was grateful that the new docs kept their speeches commendably short! AS reckoned that the new graduates didn't need any advice from a "wee ginger welder" and EC said  "A new beginning, a second chance. I certainly know what that feels like. The OU is here for the likes of us."
