Blue sky day

Another beautiful day, so I headed for Aberfoyle again and this time they let me in. Although the village was busy with visitors on such a fine day, I was disappointed how rundown it's looking with so many shops on the main street closed, even though nell2803 had warned me.

I enjoyed a walk up the Doon Hill Fairy Trail through a lovely woodland landscape, which must have been looking its best in the sunshine. Good to see so many folk doing the same.

Back home I baked a batch of 'healthy' vegan flapjacks (mashed bananas and apple sauce substituting for sugar and fat) to take to my house-sit on Wednesday.
