Pigs did fly.....!

..in Whitstable today.... Plenty of breeze to assist them too.
 
We have promised ourselves a visit to this small town on the Thames estuary since last Christmas. It's where we usually meet other friends before our Christmas meal in Oare. Today we wandered at our own pace and stopped to browse a crafts fair by the harbour. It was busy with lots of families and folk taking advantage of the sunshine and possibly the last official day summer. Lots of sea food stalls and restaurants, and children with fishing nets. 
 
We stopped briefly in Faversham then drove home watching an amazing red sunset..
