The day began

With a train journey into town to collect my old car as it was being sold this afternoon.

Between then and now, I have walked nearly 9 miles. We’ve been to Ikea and escaped with our sanity. Eaten, collected James from work, quick shopping excursion to 24 hour Tesco (milk and bread), home to a bit of tv, made the bed.

Now I am ready for a bit of meditation and sleep before yoga in the morning. Tomorrow is going to involve blasting through the house as it is an absolute tip at the moment. Then I have a stack of work to do. Bum.
