Day 10

Today we had a guide walk in the national park by one of the rangers. It was great to get out on foot and get relatively close to some of the wildlife. These Impala never failed to make me smile as the constantly wiggle their tails and look very pretty. Aswell as the buffalo and zebra it was interesting to learn about many of the plants growing there, many of which have medicinal properties.
In the afternoon we set off for the next camp at Lake Bunyoni where we had another welcome 2 night stay but this time in a lodge which was fantastic. The chef rustled up another fantastic meal with the usual soup, heavily laced with garlic, for starters followed by home made fish and chips which were delicious. Knowing we didn't have to pack in the morning we enjoyed a couple of drinks to finish the night.
