Wax caps

After having my blood test and Chest X Ray I have been avoiding i went for a little trip to Ebanoe to see how the Wax cap fungi are coming along. 
As you can see they are coming along really well, especially this rather wonderful clump of what look like Scarlet wax caps, complete with a resident fly.
On the way home I visited one of my oldest friends, and we spent a happy hour or two discussing the pleasures of 'Outlander'.
I am loving being on holiday!
