Wide Angle Wednesday: Older Brother, Better Known

Yeovil's players prepare to defend a free kick in tonight's game against Chelsea U21's in the Checkatrade Trophy.

Chelsea's number 48 in the foreground is the younger brother of Chelsea & Belgium star Eden Hazard and is definitely a chip off the old block, both in looks and ability. Their entire team were very skilful and composed on the ball but we more than matched them, dominating the second half. However their keeper made a number of good saves and the game ended 1-1. We managed to win the penalty shoot out to gain an extra point, a rule that is peculiar to this competition and makes for an entertaining end to drawn games.

Talking of chips and blocks and hazards (of the health and safety variety), I spent much of the morning sawing bits of wood for kindling.

This afternoon I had my ECG after my chest pains last week; thankfully all seems to be well.
