October Colour II

Here is another batch of colour from the garden.

Went for my walk this am spoke to Gareth ( a newer neighbour) & then popped in to say Hi to D & N. Back for lunch & C is off out to collect my drugs from the chemist.

I'm pleased to say that I have cut down on the painkillers, my fitness levels seem to be returning & I can just about hobble around indoors without my crutches.....& yes I will be careful. :-))
