Killing Time

I had a hospital appointment for my shoulder this morning, and having only made it there by the skin of my teeth, I arrived to find they were running thirty minutes behind....

It was ok, it was nice to just sit and read on my phone. We had a look over my scans from June, and he showed me where the bones haven't healed. As I'd feared, he said it was only two weeks since the steroid injection and he would want to wait a month to see if it made any difference. But after chatting and examining me, he has (I think) scheduled keyhole stuff for early next year. He did say I could cancel it if my arm was miraculously better, so I will wait and see. I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do or not. I think the recovery will be painful, but it will likely be successful and he didn't see any reason why I wouldn't be able to do gym after, which was all i was concerned with! 

So I'll just wait and see. I'm not going to worry about it, it's not that big of a deal. It's half-term as of today, and I can't wait. We so need a break!
