Storm Brian

A showery day and gales blowing all day too. 

It's my weekend on in the museum.  With the poor day, I was expecting a quiet day, but we had a fairly steady day, and various visitors to the isles too.  After work I managed to get out walkies with Sammy, and it stayed dry for us.  My dad isn't well just now, but he's home and mam looking to him.  Off to meet up with the squad boys tonight.

Nipped down to mam's at lunchtime, and to check out Storm Brian!  Who ever came up with the idea to names a gales needs sacking!  All it seems to cause is panic with folk who aren't used to windy weather!  And Storm Brian was fairly tame.  Me, mam and niece Elise headed out along the banks for a look.  Here's Elise having a look over the rough seas.  Taken below Blosta, Aith, Cunningsburgh.
