Wirkin on da Makkin Machine

The breeze has calmed today, and a few drizzle showers.  It's been mostly misty all day, and like pea soup tonight!

Day off work, and slept well this morning.  Mam and niece Elise popped by for a cuppa, and then we headed out for lunch.  Elise stayed with me the rest of the day.  She played games, while me and peerie Brian were working with my new chimney for the stove.  We later headed out walkies with Sammy, and then she helped me bath him.  Dropped off Elise at mam's this evening.  A quiet night on the sofa tonight.

After lunch in the Cornerstone, we nipped into the wool shop for a look.  Having a good look about, and some fantastic ganseys, hats and other Fair Isle knits for sale.  Most was knitted by Rose Llewellyn, seated here busy on her knitting machine.  Taken at Harbour Knitwear, Main Street, Scalloway.
