Planning permission? What planning permission?

In Faro for one night, to catch an early AM silverbird home. Saw this from the bus and later came across it in our wanderings.
Both had too much sun over the last 5 days, as previous 4 were cloudy, and now have heat rash. Still, a couple of days home in chillyjockland will sort that.
Just can't wait to get home, honest ;-(
