Lily the Pink

With the glorious scent of these Oriental Lilies filling the whole house, they had to be my blip for Flower Friday (thanks to BikerBear for hosting).  They also fit the brief for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so it was a win-win:-)

TJ got off very lightly at the dentist today when he was able to have the broken tooth cemented back in place, at the princely cost of £9.  We each have a check up next month, so it will be re-appraised then.  Toffees are definitely off the menu!

He didn't get off so lightly with the work he did sawing the tree root the other day, as he'd obviously strained his back and it was made worse this afternoon when he tried to lift something heavy.  So now there are two old crocks walking around with a stooped back!  What a pair:-)
