Still no word from the Daily Express , they were meant to ring yesterday . I assume it's because they are trying to track down David Bailey for the photos. Only the best and all that....

Spent all day on more cerebral things ( have I really just said that, what an idiot ) , five hours with a text book on pharmacokinetics and I think I finally understand enterohepatic cycling. Sadly it's nothing to do with my new favourite sport and more to do with the liver and small intestine.

Speaking of cycling am meeting Wendle56 for a bike ride at 9.30 if anyone fancies coming to get muddy and wet with us. Don't all shout at once ....
