We are sailing

I've always liked this sculpture at the Queen's Gardens in Nelson with the Suter Art Gallery behind. It caused a lot of controversy when it went in. Both the gardens and the gallery a must when we go to Nelson. The art exhibition I thought was on is still coming but we enjoyed the DOC exhibition on Dusky Sound with several interpretations from artists who visited there.
The lens when we went to view had been sold so another trip on the cards sometime. We did bump into the heron bus trip organiser and stood talking hrons with her and the camera shop man for ages.
Lunch, an appointment and home to find the top soil we had been waiting weeks for turned up so Labour Weekend could be a gardening weekend.
