London Pride-saxifraga x urbium
I wandered round the garden with tripod and macro lens taking several different flowers but London Pride was the tiniest and the best. I can see why an insect might want to settle on the succulent little stamens. And who knew there were spots on those tiny petals. Not me.
A very productive day having the lawns mowed, the fence washed and waterblasted, the last of last seasons pumpkins cut up and frozen and some very easy spring cleaning done.
Thankyou to anyone who has looked at my journal but I just haven't got back to Blip today.
