Hard labour

I have seen these three young people working a small area of a field by hand for several weeks.  It is not an allotment so I think it is likely to three eastern Europeans who, with the landowner's permission, are showing some enterprise and cultivating the corner of a field. It must be much more rewarding having the prospect of picking your own rather than someone else's.  With today's news of an increase in inflation and the expected hike in food prices it is probably a question of needs must.
