Shady Side of the Sun

Today we planted a tree and painted the porch.
The tree is a find from a plant exchange last spring; it's a Clerodendrum also known as a glorybower - or peanutbutter tree because the leaves really do smell like peanut butter.
We put it in the parking strip in front, right where the old walnut tree fell over in the snow last winter.
