Autumn leaves on the Silver Maple tree.

Today I went to Slimming World at the Rishton Cricket Club.
It is a daily battle to avoid so called sweet temptations and to stay within the target weight.
I am and am grateful there is a suppport group to combine our efforts to avoid temptation.
The rain is with us .
Hoping the weather is as safe and good as it can be.
