Windmill at Dawn

My intention was to catch the sun rising behind the mill - sails aflame with reflected light ....... nope!!

Very underwhelming indeed - so converted to black and white and liked this shot much better - and it looks quite good on large. too.

This day in 2008 saw me working in Berlin, Germany - if you have a moment please go and take a look at the River Spree by night.


Lefty and Righty Spider called a truce yesterday after they found themselves under the spotlight - they wave a combined 16 legs in thanks to you all (the shadow remained spookily still!!!).
