Seasonal Colour

The weather has been much nicer the last few days and it was a glorious 20 ° with blue skies today. In Australia we would say we are having an Indian Summer - here they say it is an old woman's summer.
We had lunch at a lovely restaurant in the woods in a town called Vestenötting where I took this photo. The venison Gulasch was superb.
We then drove to my artist friends' house which is not far from there. This weekend is open house for art galleries and studios in our state. We had coffee and cake and a glass of wine with our friends then came home to put our feet up and relax. Another weekend over and Hubby is back to work again tomorrow. He is counting the days until he can retire (2 years next month).
