Kristiansund

With our changed itinerary, we’ve arrived in Kristiansund and it’s Sunday.

It’s a beautiful city, so peaceful and tranquil - and shut.

The harbour ferry boat doesn’t run on a Sunday and the old boat has been chartered by our ship especially for the German passengers.

It wasn’t raining so I headed off to explore. The church (extra) is stunning and modern. There is plenty of street art (running out of extras) and the birds just don’t seem to mind us visiting, hence my choice of blip.

The cafe with WiFi is also shut, so I headed up to the Grand Hotel where I asked if I could please buy a coffee and use the WiFi. The receptionist smiled at me and said,” Please take one”
