Chaffinch

A huge thank you for all the wonderful comments on my White Heron photographs. So exciting seeing it on the front page.
Meandered home today to finish a fantastic weekend. Beautiful day and so we were very disappointed when there were no Keas tp photograph at Arthur’s Pass.
This little chaffinch was at Lake Pearson as were many more of them and a family of baby ducklings.
The extra is a typical West Coast dairy scene with the wonderful hills and mountains in the background.
