Alone again...naturally

Co-Delivered a recruitment session for line managers from DC Leisure at Wolverhampton swimming and fitness centre today with the lovely Damian Watts.
Always a pleasure to work with the guys at DCL...they know how to work hard and play hard, so the sessions are invariably fun with a serious intent.

I'm the first to arrive to set up and the last to leave after the clear up, so this shot seemed apt...alone in an empty training room. It's a good opportunity to start reflecting on the post course feedback and consider potential improvements for future sessions. Then it's back in the car for a long drive home.
