Conserve Electricity...

By locking it up.  This photo is in the middle of a large outdoor athletic complex - soccer fields, baseball fields, playgrounds, etc.   These locks keep the controls for the electrical power to various facilities and banks of lights for night activities under lock and key.  I'm sure authorized folks can access the lights, but none can't be used without unlocking one or more of these control boxes.
