Bad day, Good night.

Have been waiting in for our bedroom furniture to be delivered.
Unfortunately the van was too big to get up the lane, so they had to carry everything bit by bit from the road.
Managed to get the large 3+4 chest of drawers up the awkward stairs, and then I realised they had delivered the wrong one!
Right chest but wrong colour. This one had a solid oak top, and the one we ordered was painted the same all over. (Linen colour)
Quick call back to the shop, and they apologised for their mistake, and said we could keep this one until the new one arrived. (Have already been waiting 6 weeks !) I thought that was very good of them.
However although I have filled the drawers, I'm not going to put anything on the top for fear of scratching it!

Todays blip is of the new headboard.Antique Brass and Krystal.
At least that was the one we ordered.

I suppose this bedroom will get finished eventually!
