Interlude
Rob was away on the Irish Sea today, counting porpoises.
Pepper came to work with me, and enjoyed herself hoovering up biscuits, walking around the garden with the residents and generally being spoiled.
However, by lunchtime I was getting a little tired of keeping an eye on her and decided to take her home.
We got back to our garden to find that the afternoon was perfect, windless sunny and hot. I sat for a while throwing a ball for her and chatting on the phone with Gilly finalising arrangements for The Hen Do at the weekend.
Pepper got hot and tired, so when I popped her in the house she didn't mind.
Rob needed collecting from Heysham at 11pm so rather a late night.
