Inspirational Leader

This is Connor McDavid, an NHL hockey player that was drafted first overall in the 2015 NHL entry draft. This man has proven his skills as a player but he is on the rise to possibly becoming a great leader. He was elected to be the captain of the Edmonton Oilers, the youngest player ever to be granted the roll. I admire the way he is able to prove himself on the ice and guide his team to victory with the hope and examples that he sets. He has a great work ethic which helped him become the fourth fastest active player to reach 100 points! At the age of 20, he doesnt only have a bizarre salary, but a mind set that creates only admiration from others.
