Autumn Seaweed!

As opposed to autumn leaves!  All the recent storms have deposited huge amounts of seaweed, mostly kelp, on our slip way.  Ollie was belly deep in it as I helped Mike launch the dinghy! 

After a wet start to the day, and with dark clouds never too far away, a lucky chance for Mike to have a late season sail. He came home for lunch, moored below the slip, them went out again in the afternoon!  He was pretty shattered by tea time, but with a good  appetite that did justice to Mary Berry's cod pepperonata, topped with crispy new potatoes, fresh from the garden.
