AM ROTH

Pronouced 'am row' and meaning 'the hub', this is the name of the centre where I have been training yesterday and today. Lucky me, huh. As if that were not enough, this morning when I opened up the door first thing and stepped out onto the balcony, I spotted an otter swimming directly towards me. He hauled himself out onto the rocks and surrounded by a group of oyster catchers who never gave him a glance, he ate a large fish and then loped off through a culvert under the road.
