Accidental Beauty

After a morning in the recesses of my office, where no sun ever shines, I had to grab a bit of brightness during lunch. Usually I try to make myself walk purposefully up and down the streets of Salem, but today I could only drag my self to a sunny bench in the minimal rose garden at Willamette University. I pressed the shutter a few times, but I was too stunned by the sudden excess of light to really think about photography. So I was happy to see this flower was in focus (thanks Mr. Auto) and there is even a bug in there. Good enough for gu'mmint work!
