Happy Birthday Mr. Badger!

Mr. Badger turned another year older today! Unfortunately, he had to go to work, but surprisingly said that it has been a really good birthday all the same :) We had some yummy Chinese food from our favorite restaurant, cake and icecream (plus some peanut butter cake truffles ... but even Mr. Badger who has a very sweet tooth said they were too much for him!) and presents :)

As you can see, he was swamped by his dogs as he was trying to read the internets on his iPad after a long day of work! Loki was smooshed between Mr. Badger and the couch by Corra. When I brought out the cake and had to sing Happy Birthday (so awkward ... but Mr. Badger thinks it is funny that I get all embarrassed about singing it by myself ...), I ended it by blowing on a bunch of those party blower, sparkly things. Corra thought some terrifying beast had come into the house and bravely hid under her chair. Poor pup. So after some coaxing, she and Mr. Badger used the blowers together :) So cute! (and by use ... I mean chewed on) So it was a nice, quiet birthday. I still have one more present coming, it is supposed to be here tomorrow - I missed it by one day >:[
