Light in the Darkness

Today (3 Oct) we went to Salts Mill (which we discovered through Blipfoto). We knew they had an exhibition of David Hockney's pictures but once there realised they actually had the largest collection of David Hockney pictures in the world, plus an extra exhibition of his work.
I was very impressed with the whole complex of galleries and shops gathered into this impressive Mill.
These relatively recent Hockney pictures were produced on an iPad and are images taken from one stretch of Yorkshire road as winter moved into spring.  The combination of these glowing pictures with the dark room around them was irresistible for a photographer, as both HD and I proved.
