Punching in

Pinch, punch the first of the month. And my first day back at work (officially - never really stopped).

Felt strange but sort of satisfying too. Mum and Dad had Audrey (and sounds like she was a delight for them - phew!) and I locked myself in my office trying to sort out the mess that is my business.

It has become like a neglected overgrown garden. I got my gloves on and started weeding!

Lots of decisions to make and so much on my mind when Audrey woke to feed at 2am, I couldn't go back to sleep which is probably just as well as she then proceeded to wake every 30mins. Had about 3 hours sleep total! We are blaming teething and the fact that it was her first night unswaddled.

Tonight I'm getting an early night and am armed and ready - to my left on the bedside table I have Calpol, Bonjela and a night feed. And she's swaddled, not making that mistake again.

Audrey, bring on you worst!!!
