Early Morning Mist, Bassenthwaite

After a clear, cold night I hoped for some mist over Bassenthwaite, which is not far from Lakeland Photographic Holidays, so I drove along there before breakfast. I wasn't disappointed. Later on we went to Lodore Jetty, Ashness Bridge (allowing us to continue practising long exposure techniques - see extra) and Watendlath.

If it's possible (doubtful), Deb's cooking was even better this evening than the other days, and what's more she kindly acquiesced to our request to make another of her delicious Sticky Toffee Puddings. Surprisingly I can still fasten my belt!

Our last full day finished off with a fab session of photo viewing and critique from John. It's been a most wonderful (and fun!) week.
