The last rose bud

This really is the last rose in the garden. I spotted it this morning when I was outside waiting for IsleMum to pick me up.I also spotted a sunflower growing well from a gutter in a house nearby.It's surprising where plants put down their roots :)
We went shopping and I bought the ingredients for a chilli which I made and had with David tonight.It was very tasty :) We were going to have a coffee in Costa but it was very busy and noisy so we bought take away drinks instead. A nice catch up before the holidays.
I went outside to take the photo of the rose and then put a 'fade'filter on which makes it look abit antique .
